During this time of staying at home, RMCN would like to invite our Seniors and their carers to participate in some home-based activities:
- Growing your own seedlings - perhaps Coriander, Brocolli, Silverbeet or Kale. Maybe your favourite flowers. Perhaps you'd like to take some cuttings from your rose bushes, lavender or rosemary bushes and try your hand at growing them. Results can be shared..
I you need them, thanks to Bunnings, we would happily provide you with planting boxes, seeds and potting mix.
If Sewing or knitting is your hobby we would challenge you to help us make some patchwork quilts to be shared with the needy in our region.
Of course.. you can turn your hand to make other things.. beanies, scarves, mittens, aprons.. whatever takes your fancy!!
